How I Work

Half-formed in the CEO’s head. Partly visible to a few leaders. Never quite landed with the team that has to act on it.
I draw that thinking out, sharpen it, and put it in front of the leadership team to work on together.
Not as a download. As raw material.
That’s where alignment actually happens. People act on what they help create.

Who I Am
I’m Mark Leung, a strategic advisor to executive teams.
I work with leadership teams when effort is high, alignment is thin, and the next move is unclear.
Trained as an engineer, I look for the real problem beneath the presenting one.
For 14 years, I led the Business Design Lab at the Rotman School of Management, helping senior leaders think clearly in situations where the playbook didn’t exist.
That’s still the work. Now I do it directly with leadership teams.
